With 23+ years in market research, analytics, and consulting, Andrés has seen firsthand how decision-making breaks down when insights come too late—or not at all. That's why he built NextMinder. A graduate of NYU Stern and currently at Georgia Tech, he has led nearly 800 research studies and over 50 consulting engagements worldwide, including 20+ strategy projects at McKinsey & Company and OVAL Consultants. His vision for NextMinder is simple: to give companies an edge by simulating what consumers will do—before they do it. Andrés brings deep commercial expertise, global perspective, and an unwavering belief that better insights drive better futures.
Jessica Boccardo
Product & Tech, Co-Founder
Jessica has always been driven by a core question: What truly drives human behavior—and how can we turn that understanding into smarter, faster decisions? That curiosity has shaped every step of her journey, from academia to the front lines of business strategy, and ultimately led her to co-found NextMinder. With a Ph.D. in Public Policy from NYU, a Master's from Georgetown, and leadership roles at BCG and Capital One, Jessica brings a blend of analytical depth and real-world execution. Her work bridges the best of academic insight and business acumen, fueled by a deep passion for making understanding human behavior not only possible—but actionable. At NextMinder, she's leading the creation of a new generation of AI-powered research tools—combining behavioral science, automation, and intelligent design to help organizations decode what people think and do, before they do it.
